1 cup Urad Dal
1 cup rice
1 cup grated paneer
1 piece ginger
2-3 green chillies
1 onion
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilli
1 capsicum
1 tomato
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste

Method of preparation - How to make Masala Dosa
To make masala dosa, soak the urad dal and rice first and keep it for 7-8 hours. Then take them and grind them finely in a grinder.
Now keep this mixture in the sun for some time, it will dissolve and your dosa will become soft.
After doing this, finely chop all the vegetables like onion, tomato, capsicum etc.
Now take the potatoes and make a pitti and add all the chopped vegetables to it. Place the pan on the gas and heat the oil in it. Also add cumin seeds and fry by adding ginger.
After this, add potato pan and the remaining vegetables to it and fry it. Also add salt, red chili, grated cheese etc. Fry the masala well and keep it to cool down.
Now heat it on a non stick tava gas. Spread the prepared batter mixture on the griddle and roast it from one side. Could lighten it from the other side. Now take the pit and fill it with spoon according to need.
After doing so, fold it from both sides. Now bake the stuffed dosas on both sides. Your garam garam masala dosa is ready.
