1/2 cup moong dal
1/4 cup rice
2 cups of water
1 green chili
2 tsp coriander leaves
2 tsp oil

Method Of Preparation - How To Make Moong Dal
Dosa
To make moong dal dosa, first take dal and rice and clean it thoroughly. Now take both of them in separate utensils and put them in water and soak them for 2-3 hours.
After some time take water out of the lentils and rice and then put it in the grinder and grind it well. Also, add green chili and grind it. Take out the ground mixture in a vessel.
Add salt and coriander to this mixture and mix well. Keep in mind that the solution is neither too thick nor too thin. Mix all the mixture once again. Dosa batter solution is ready.
Now take a non stick griddle and place it on the gas to heat it. Apply a little oil on it, take more than 1 spoon of the mixture and spread it all over the pan. Spread the solution thinly so that your dosa is good.
Now apply oil on all the sides and after turning from one side turn it. Roast the dosa on both sides until it becomes light brown. When roasted from both sides, take out the dosa in a plate.
Make dosas from all the mixture in this way. Your delicious and wonderful moong dal dosa is ready. Serve it hot to everyone.
