2 cups semolina
2 cups rice flour
2 cups yogurt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger green chilli paste
1/2 tsp coconut grated
1 carrot
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Method of preparation - How to make Rava Dosa
To make Rava Dosa, firstly filter the semolina and rice flour and clean them.
Now take a vessel, add rice flour, semolina and curd and prepare a batter. Do not keep the solution too thick or thin.
Keep this solution for a while. Now take this vessel and add grated coconut, ginger green chilli paste, cumin, salt etc. to the solution and mix the whole mixture well.
Now place the non-stick griddle on the gas and after some time, if the griddle gets hot, apply a little oil or ghee on it. Now spread the mixture on the pan with the help of a batter. Take care not to keep the layer too thin and too thick while spreading, otherwise your dosa size will not be good.
Now bake it with oil or ghee on both sides. In a few minutes your hot rava dosa is ready.
