2 cups semolina
1/2 cup water
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
2 tsp lassi
1 tsp rye
1 tsp ino
1 tsp oil
2 tsp coconut
2 green chillies
8-10 curry leaves

To make idli, first take a vessel, add semolina, salt, oil and lassi and mix well. A solution will be ready and keep it for some time.
Now take a pan or pan and put oil in it and heat it. Also add urad dal, chana dal and mustard and fry it well. When it is roasted then add green chillies, curry leaves and coconut and mix well.

After doing this, add semolina mixture and ino to it as well as add some water. Mix all the mixture well.

Take a stand of idli and add this mixture to the khicho. Add water to the cooker and keep this stand in the cooker.

Now cover the top without closing the lid. Turn off the gas after cooking 5-7 minutes. Delicious hot hot idli is ready.
